I am Jocely de Deus Pinheiro, and the most interesting thing about me is that I´M A TEACHER OF ENGLISH. I´ve been teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) since 1989. In 1995 my life was blessed with the opportunity of getting a position to teach at the Casa de Cultura Britânica (CCB) of the Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Since then, I´ve been living (and sharing) tons of experiences which have enriched me as a human being. My job at CCB, my colleagues, and my students are precious treasures I keep in my huge chest. Concerning my education, all I can say is that I love studying because this is the best way I´ve found to answer the huge ammount of questions I have in my mind. My curiosity has taken me to do my Undergrad course in Letters at UFC, a Specialization Post-Grad in Modern Literature, (also at UFC), an M.A. in Applied Linguistics at the Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), and a Ph.D. in Didáctica de la Lengua y la Literatura at the Universidad de Valladolid-Spain.
